Hello and welcome to codingflicks website. Today I am sharing another CSS-based snippet where an overlay effect will occur if the user hovers over an image. After setting up the photos, I took a blue text overlay of all the images with CSS pseudo-element. I later used CSS transform-rotate property to create the hover animation. I have shared lots of CSS animation snippets before in this blog. Make sure to check those as well. Without further explanation, I am providing the codes so that you can look at yourself.
